Our service
Upon receiving an order, we will provide design drawings in accordance with the customer's specific requirements and then prepare a quotation. Once the customer confirms the design drawings and quotation, we will arrange production. After production, the products undergo a 24-hour aging test. Subsequently, quality inspection is conducted, including cleaning and relevant performance tests. Only when all tests are passed will the products be packaged and shipped.
All our products are delivered via international courier. In case of damage during transportation, customers need to provide photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will then claim compensation from the courier and offer solutions as per the customer's request-either re-manufacturing the products, providing a discount, or issuing a refund.
For non-human-induced defects during product use, we offer a 2-year after-sales warranty. Within these 2 years, we will provide free after-sales service.
