Technology and Structure
The architectural sign is structured in four layers mounted to the exterior wall using threaded stand-off pins and fasteners. At the base is a solid aluminum or stainless steel back panel that is CNC routed and edge-sealed.
Inside this panel, epoxy-encapsulated IP67 LED modules are mounted within a cavity coated in high-reflectance white paint to ensure uniform light distribution, powered by 12V or 24V DC wiring fitted with waterproof connectors.
The assembly is capped by the front face, which consists of a CNC laser-cut cast acrylic face joined to a metal return via trimless laser welding.
Laser Cutting and Bending
Metal returns are cut on fiber laser systems and formed on CNC bending machines to maintain dimensional tolerance within plus or minus 0.2mm.
Full Glue-Pouring Waterproofing
Internal electronic circuits are sealed in optical liquid silicone resin to block moisture and stop oxidation in humid environments.
Thermal Management
Aluminum backplates act as heat sinks to keep LED temperatures low and limit light loss over a lifespan of more than 50,000 hours.
